Renaming AND moving the "Reports" tab to "Compliance" in node overview is too confusing

Description

In #7123 we renamed "Reports" into "Compliance" in the node overview page, and also moved this tab to second position (instead of near the end, as it was before), since this is a major piece of information in Rudder.

However, this proves too confusion, because a lot of users are used to clicking on the "tab near the end called Reports" and struggle to find the newly renamed tab.

We are going to keep it in it's new position, because that makes sense, but simplify the rename to "Compliance reports".
