Description
The ancestral version of perl we are using is buggy as hell about FQDN, leading to bug such as http://forge.fusioninventory.org/issues/3000.
We need to update to last perl 5.x perl version for Rudder agent, checking that fusion is compatible.

It is validated that the risk to build a new version of perl are too hight to make it anywhere but in a new major version of Rudder.
This is/will be done with the work on the new packaging.
Benoit, I'm letting make the correct reference on other tickets.
