The fixe applied in #8373 was not applied on file /opt/rudder/etc/rudder-jetty.conf, only /etc/default/rudder-jetty
I'm not sur I understand why we are doing that test in 2 different places, thought.
Seen on debian 8 / 3.2.3, but certainly exists for other cases.
