Description
It is possible to disable cf-execd and cf-serverd from /etc/default/rudder-agent
When it is disabled, the init script doesn't start them.
But they are then detected as not running by check-rudder-agent run from the cron.
It then runs the agent that detects it an an anomaly again ad restart them.
