Allow to look for past reports and event logs using a date selector, so they are not limited last 1000 entries

Description
Event logs in Utilities are limited to 1000 entry, which is not sufficient to search for old events.
The limit must be removed with some kind of pagination available.
Moreover, we must be abable to search for old events matching some information, an not only the 1000 last.
