Description
We have a "change only" mode that only reports on repaired and error. That names was perfect when we only add an "enforce" policy mode, but it doesn't work for when the global policy mode is "audit".
Not that it makes sens to have a reporting mode for audit that only reports on non-compliance and errors.
The best would be to find a term that works for both Verify and Audit.
It could be "non compliant only", to mach the log file "/var/log/rudder/compliance/non-compliant-reports.log".
