Description
As soon as the heigh of a page become less than 535px, the date time picker bottom reach it. If it is displayed again in such case, the pop-up appears above/on top of the field, and the top of the date time picker is hidden behind the page header, and so we can't choose month anymore.
Changing its z-index or making it appears a little lower would allow to use it.
It should be checked if this is a bug due to 4.0 or one present since 3.1
