Add support for expressions in agent_requirements

Description
Since complex expressions are very difficult to handle in bash, we will limit to this kind of expression :
- capabilities
- agent_version
- capabilities operator agent_version
Operator can be || or &&
capabilities can be negated by prefixing them with "!"
