User story #8844: Redesign Rudder web interface
On accept node page, [Accept] button should be on right. Or green. Or both.

Description
When we go to the "accept new nodes" page, the [Accept] button is complettly on left, almost invisible (because most of the time, button are on bottom right). This impression is reinforced by the fact that the [refuse] button is on right and bright red. And by the fact that most of the time, we want to accept new nodes.
And the confirmation pop-up has a green accept button, on right of the refuse one :)
In fact, all the refuse and accept button should be on the same place (and relative place) in all Rudder.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.0 which was released the 10th November 2016.
