Generic methods that return error if it cannot be loaded

Description
In ncf, generic methods that are not supported by the agent are not loaded based on a tag (@agent_version and @agent_requirements).
When they are not loaded but called by a technique, there is an agent error and it breaks.
We should have alternate files that contain the same bundle but loaded on the opposite condition.
This bundle would report an error insteand of breaking the agent.
