This page was added in the online documentation since the last release, so hasn't yet made it to the internal version yet. It will be there as of the next release though!

Actually this page is in the 4.0.2 changelog (and sources) but not in the packages. What happened is that the commit which introduced it contained a bug (#9827) that prevented the doc from building until after the release. The embedded manual is downloaded from the online version during the build process, so the package contains an outdated documentation.
I added a comment to #9668 and #9770 to explain that this content is not in the 4.0.2 packages.
