Description

We want to be able to centrally defined some plugin build related properties to share them between maven and plugin packaging.

We have some (lots of) technical limitations due to maven, but we will be able to:

- have a key=value (properties) file at the root of plugin project with generic properties,
- use (most) of these properties in maven.
- use these properties for packaging.
- use these properties in Rudder code (for example to display plugin version to user).
