Description
Currently only root can read promises, to share them with apache, we need a new group dedicated ro promise reading

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.2.0~beta1 which was released today.
- Related to Bug #12169: Promises shared with apache are group executable added
- Related to Bug #14594: Policies generated for Rudder server have wrong permissions added
