Rudder

There is several question to answer before merging the WIP code above:

- does it makes sens to have repairs in that log (two reason: 1/ there is A lot of them, so perf can be highly impacted, and 2/ repairs are now considered success every where in rudder (they weren't when /var/log/rudder/compliance/non-compliant-reports was created)
- perhaps we should even have a "non-compliant" hook directory for actual Audit related reports, and a "change" for Enforce one. If so, does result_repaired and result_error goes in the same?
- what naming scheme should we use for hook directory? "report-received-non-compliant", "report-non-compliant-received", "non-compliant-report-received" ?
