Opening and Closing components leaves a small gap between them

Description

When opening a Rule and going to Compliance tab and looking at "Compliance by Directive", when first expanded, there are no gaps between the Components (first was already opened once, look at the next ones).

... and after opened + closed, there are small gaps displayed:
