This error message has been spotted in the wild for Rudder

It seems we are using a too old version of JDBC Postgresql, which causes some connection to fail (and impact can be quite catastrophic in this case). We used to stick to old version because of https://github.com/tminglei/slick-pg/issues/220 , but it seems that now version newer than 9.4.1209 are not impacted by this issue
