Description
Building relay server packages for Ubuntu 12.04 needs to have a working flask environnment but this is quite complicated to achieve this (regularly impossible to download it from pypi, we need to do awful things with internal proxies to achieve this ...)
We decided that it would be much better if we do not maintain that package anymore for Ubuntu 12.04, Therefore we need to modify release info api so that it provides correct information
