Adding missings informations for Windows plugin installation

Description
The installation doc is currently missing:
-Detailed infos about prerequisites for Rudder installation on the different OS supported (powershell 4, etc...)
-Zip dependency on the server Rudder to provides the policies
-Some details about the agent which are windows specific.
