The deprecated tooltip doesn't say why it is deprecated

Severity:
Minor - inconvenience | misleading | easy workaround

Description
In the technique editor there is a tooltip when a generic method is deprecated.
The only message is "deprecated" whereas there is an information in the method saying why it is deprecated and by what it should be replaced.
We should display this information.
