support-info script doesn't correctly detect jetty process with Rudder 4.3+

Description
On Rudder 4.3, we don't have a /opt/rudder/jetty7 process anymore, however support-info is looking for it
and returns
The /opt/rudder/jetty7 process looks dead............................. ERROR
