Description

Due to CFEngine limitation to 4K for variables, we currently cannot import a 4k rsa key (common case now).

It fails with:

 Exit code=2 for hook: '/opt/rudder/etc/hooks.d/policy-generation-node-ready/10-cf-promise-check'. stdout: stderr: 'input buffer overflow, can't enlarge buffer because scanner uses REJECT

We should at least provide an alternative.
