Bug #13634: Generic Method "File copy from remote source" does not report when copying a directory

Description

Copying a folder with "file copy from remote source" fails, on the rudder root server (no reports), and on the node (error), even if the copy was successful
Two reason: the recursion level is 0, which is invalid for a directory, and an error class is always defined
