Description
When user try to upgrate after user rudder-setup, it breaks their use case because rudder-setup uses:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/rudder-apt.list
Where rudder-agent package uses:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/rudder.list
The user documentation tell users to do:
echo "deb http://repository.rudder.io/apt/5.0/ $(lsb_release -cs) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/rudder.list
So both repos get defined.
