Changing number of days to retains modified files or agent log files with arrows don't allow to save changes

Description

In Settings/Logging part of Settings/General, if we change the number of day using the arrow up or down (clicking on them), we can't save change

editing manually the value allows it to be saved, which defeats the concept of the arrows...
