Rudder

At instalation, we get the following error

    centos7_server: INFO: Applying ncf-api-virtualenv selinux policy...restorecon:  lstat(/var/lib/ncf-api-venv) failed:  No such file or directory

as a result, with SELinux enabled, we get the following error at technique saving
