Architecture #14923: Dynamic groups with regex on software are long to build delaying generation
Cleanup unreferenced software from past inventories

Description
We never remove unreferenced software. We need to.
It could be a batch happening every day.
(the correct solution, which is not the goal of that ticket, is to have software linked to nodes with some kind of pointed couting algo, and remove a software when the last node using it is deleted).
