Since #15278, we can't delete anymore a technique if some directives were defined upon that technique.
We added a force option but it's not used by that api
We want to add a way to use it, if some directives are defined we will display a popup warning that the directives will also be deleted
We will also display the list of Directives Linked to that technique, in a new tab or section!
