Cannot create Technique with resources

Description
We cannot save a new Technique with resources. The saving works, but the created Technique does not keep resource files
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Target version changed from 6.0.0~beta1 to 6.0.0
- Target version changed from 6.0.0 to 6.0.0~beta1
I still have it, but only at the technique creation
if the technique already exists, the resource file is created
Note: there is a folder undefined/1.0/resources/ with the resource I uploaded
