Description
On a fresh centos7 install, relayd is not started and generation tries to restart it, which fails.
⇨ Policy update error for process '2' at 2019-11-05 09:03:07
⇨ Exit code=1 for hook: '/opt/rudder/etc/hooks.d/policy-generation-finished/40-nodelist-relay-configuration'.
stdout: error: Could not reload relayd configuration
stderr: 'curl: (7) Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 3030: Connection refused
Wiating a bit (most likely until rudder agent runs) and doing a new generation solve the problem.
