Technique are lost during migration on centos 7
Added by François ARMAND almost 5 years ago.

Description
I upgraded my centos6 from Rudder 5.0.16-nightly to 6.0.1-nightly and got and empty list of technique in the editor.
Package upgrade went well (afaik), but I hit https://issues.rudder.io/issues/16360 and I had to change things regarding slapd by hand. So perhaps something still want badly.
Nonetheless, I'm opening that ticket to keep in head that we are still loosing techniques on update.
- Related to Bug #16360: Error when upgrading Rudder 5.0 to 6.0 on centos7 added
- Target version changed from 6.0.1 to 6.0.2
Following workaround works
setenforce 0
systemctl httpd restart
/opt/rudder/bin/rudder-upgrade
systemctl rudder-jetty restart
maybe all steps are not necessary, but this fixed the issue
- Parent task deleted (
#16393)
- Related to Bug #16393: Technique are lost when a new one is created because of selinux (centos 7 and 8) added
- Target version changed from 6.0.2 to 6.0.3
- Target version changed from 6.0.3 to 6.0.4
- Target version changed from 6.0.4 to 6.0.5
- Target version changed from 6.0.5 to 6.0.6
- Target version changed from 6.0.6 to 6.0.7
- Target version changed from 6.0.7 to 6.0.8
- Status changed from New to Resolved
Closing that one. We improved a lot migration to 6.1.1, and people should only try to migrate toward that version.
