Inventory fails with errors on CentOS/RHEL 8

Description

Hello There,
I installed the 6.0.1 root server and agent on a CentOS 8 Server.
The Agent is not reporting any inventory data to the server.
The agent (on the root server) can't run the inventory, reporting the following errors:

   error: Finished command related to promiser '/opt/rudder/bin/run-inventory --local=/var/rudder/tmp/inventory/svtc-app-03-root.ocs' -- an error occurred, returned 2
