rl add non terminating errors and related integration tests

Description
Now that non terminating errors and integration tests are ready, time to add some code using it.
This will result in a more flexible parser (but not more error prone) and a whole bunch of integration tests to make sure the entire compilation works as expected

added utils to improve lisibility and quality of the parser
added various integration tests
modified some parser behaviors
fixed some bugs related to error context
