Rudder

In a stock new Rudder, I created a technique using only windows + Linux compatibles methods, without any plugin installed.
I then installed the windows plugin.
But the technique did not update and I ended up with a node with all its policy skipped since they were interpreted as "Linux only".

updating anything in the technique solve the issue, the webapp should regenerate evrythings when we add a plugin which extends the supported agent types.
