Description
This impacts a lot io performances, for a use case that is rare and already handled by rudder agent check.
If there was a reboot, the db is restored. Moreover this should usually not break the database except if it is an abrupt poweroff.
This can also be a problem if a persistent class was set before a regular reboot.
