On technique editor, there's button to create and save technique, it doesn't work, but the button should not be there
On node compliance, it also has button to trigger agent run (which also fails)
On the node detail, we can also set it to Audit and save and we have 2 conflicting messages: "Your changes have been saved " and "Error when saving policy mode: "
In the directive page, we can click on "Create directive" (but there's no save button after)
