Our regexp to match if a method is cfengine-community considers a method as not cfengine valid if there is a pair of curly brace without content {}

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 5.0.20, 6.0.10, 6.1.6, 6.2.0~beta1 which were released by the end of October 2020.
