On fresh install the login page refresh so fast that we can not copy/paste the command to create a new user

Description
This is very frustrating, when no Rudder users are defined, the login page display the command to run to create one but refresh too fast which makes it very difficult to select/copy/paste the command.

it's every 4 seconds, which is really short

we need the reload though, to have the new page loading after rudder restart
