When we move a technique in editor, resources are not moved

Description
If we create a technique in editor, give it some resources, save, and then try to change technique category, the resources are not moved along with the technique and generation error ensues.

When I try to reproduce, the resources are moved with the technique in the editor, but when I refresh the page, the technique remains in the previous category, seems that the category is not saved when updating
Technique's files are cloned into the new category's path but it remains also in the previous category's path
I think we should moved instead of duplicate it when the category is updated

In fact we should not be able to change category. In previous version we couldn't change the category, it seems too risky to change it.
Once the technique is created, the input should be on readonly.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.0.0~rc3 which was released today.
