Description
Unless February 36th is a new kind of leap year (in the future)...
Files
Ah, silly you, of course that should be read "2012, February, 36th days of the year".
Or perhaps a developer misused "DD" in place of "dd" in a date format string...

Looks OK to me, but didn't we decide to store the date format in one central place to avoid this kind of problem?
Well, here we have a date and time format, not only a date - but ok, its a really weak argument.
I believe I add a far better one when I choose to not use the standard date formatter, I just can't remember it now. Perhaps something to do with the ordering of the dates, but I'm not sure.
I let it open, and will come back to it if I don't find any good reason to not do so.
