Use two different ids for release and snapshot repositories

Description
Following #2287, we should use two different ID for the Nexus snapshot reposiroty and the release on, for example:
- snapshot.nexus.normation.com
- release.nexus.normation.com.
- Target version changed from 2.4.0~alpha6 to 2.4.0~beta2
- Target version changed from 2.4.0~beta2 to 2.4.0~beta3
2.4.0~beta2 has been released. This ticket must be moved to 2.4.0~beta3.
- Target version changed from 2.4.0~beta3 to 2.4.0~beta4
This is not a blocking issue so I change it to the next run.

Brainstormed with NicoP: these ids don't seem to be used anywhere, so we shall change them !
