I don't think it is a good advice, to factory reset to solve a potential problem, and maybe we refresh the information

We advise a factory reset on a single case, which is perfectly valid: when there is a duplicate ID (usually because of a clone)

OK, but since we have a lot of people doing factory reset even in other cases, we should at least put a warning and be more explicit for when one shall not do a factory reset.

We modify the factory-reset script to explicitly asking (y/n) confirmation with warning information, IMO we cannot be clearer.
