Description

For backport branch, we have rudder version like `7.3.12-backport-xxxx` and rudder package says:

Invalid package version 7.3.12-backport-24146-2.7-nightly

We want a way to:
- keep the complete version for pom,
- let rudder package believe it's 7.3.12.
