Description
The following flow currently has a bug :
- Add a user "foo" in the user file, then start Rudder
- Remove the user from the file, then reload => it is properly deleted.
- Add the user back to the file, then reload => it is not showing in the UI.
The user remains with the status deleted in the database and is not set to active when reloading the file
