System rules are now always shown in directives compliance

Description

When opening the "Compliance" tab for a directive, we see 3 rules without any name :

And clicking on them leads to a rule details page for system rules :
  • Rudder system policy: basic setup (common)
  • Rudder system policy: Server components
  • Rudder system policy: System daily inventory

Maybe there is a missing filter to ignore policy type of type "system" in the directives compliance API
