Impossibe to delete a category in the Techniques Tree

Description
In the right pane of the Techniques tree page, it is possible to create techniques categories ([Add Category] button), but there is no way to edit or remove them afterwards.
This is especially annoying because categories can be created under “User Techniques”, but they are actually unusable because there is no way to select these subcategories in the techniques editor.
Still, they show up on the Directives page, but will always be empty, thus useless.
