Description
rudder-package list --all --format=json should return licensee of a given plugin license, as they are provided in a plugin license file.
This would help the Webapp into knowing the licensee of plugins, since the Webapp does not know about any licensee when no licensed plugin are installed yet, and it displays "unknown" by default.
