Description

On the load test platform, all rules show as "No report".
After 50s the compliance appears; but there is no indication that is is loading. I'd rather have "Loading" than "No report" as a text

The very first version of that is to JUST write "loading" in place of "no report" until the page is loaded, because here, it's HUGELY deceptive.
This leads users to belive false information.
