Description
Since #26055 the active technique tree page is a separate tab, so the URL has an anchor rudder/secure/administration/maintenance#techniqueTree
This makes it impossible to open the specific technique in the techniques tree page.
A solution would be to rework the tab structure, using tabId, or completely remove the link, since the tree is not so useful anymore, we have the enable/disable the technique from the directives page since #26161
