Description

We should have an automatic way to set rudder application context when running rudder init script

http://server:port*/application*/url

We should ash if user want to use default application context (/rudder)

if non ask him a value then modify

/opt/rudder/jetty7/contexts/rudder.xml
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/rudder-default

with the instructions given in #2282
