Description

A change introduced in #2604 added the history.inventories.enable option to ldap-inventory config file, to disable writing LDIF files on update. However, this has a caveat: disabling it impossible to show what the inventory was when a node was initially accepted (in the "History" view of "Accept new nodes").

This should be clarified.
